David Osborne is a successful barrister, writer and broadcaster, with his own Chambers in London and Somerset, specializing in public access work. This enables clients to instruct him direct without the need for the costly intervention of a solicitor. His specialist areas of law include general common law, motoring offenses, tort, landlord and tenant, negligence, personal injury, family and matrimonial, and crime. He is regarded as an outstanding advocate, and over 35 years in private practice, he has appeared in the highest courts in the country, including the Old Bailey, the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords (now the Supreme Court).
