House Purchase, Sales and Leasing Our high-profile estate agency, at 220 Union Street handles a large number of purchases and sales every year as well as housing our leasing division. Commercial We deal with all types of commercial transactions, including the sale and purchase of companies and businesses and the sale, purchase and lease of commercial properties. Our Company and Commercial Department has a wide range of experience in that area of the law. Litigation All types of Civil Litigation are undertaken including Separation and Divorce. Wills, Trust and Executries We have a large department providing advice on Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, winding up of estates and advising on Inheritance Tax issues. Financial Services We have a separate Financial Services Division helping clients arrange house loans. We also deal with investments and pensions. Employment law The firm provides advice to employees and employers in all aspects of Employment Law including contracts of employment, tribunals and compromise agreements. Licensing Expert advice is available to clients on all aspects of licensed trade work including applications, attendance at hearings and the sale, purchase and lease of all types of licensed premises.
