Sasto & Klinger was established in 1991. Located in Great Portland Street in central London, the firm is well placed to serve its expanding London, national and multinational client bases. Our reputation extends well beyond our central London base.
We pride ourselves upon giving practical, straightforward, robust and cost-effective advice to clients, as well as on the friendliness and approachability of our Partners and staff. Our size enables us to provide a very personal service and we aim to build long term relationships with clients. A great number of our clients have been with us from when the firm was first established, whilst some relationships extend back over 30 years. A significant number of our clients are referred to us by existing clients.
The firm provides a wide range of services to both commercial and private clients. Sasto & Klinger undertake all aspects of commercial work, including company formation, mergers and acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses, lease renewals, shareholder agreements, restructuring of organisations, venture capital investments, finance and partnership agreements and franchising.
We also undertake litigation and dispute resolution work on behalf of commercial and private clients. We also advise clients on employment law matters.
For full details of the work that we undertake and more information about us, please visit our website at www.sastoklinger.com.
