Driving Defences LLP specialises in defending motorists. We do not deal with matters such as personal injury or conveyancing. We are one of the very few law organisations in England and Wales who specialise solely in the defence of the motorist. Why does this matter you may ask. Like anything else in life when you have a specific problem you want to talk to the people who specialise in dealing with your problem. We have a proven track record of getting the best possible results for all our clients. We strive to achieve a successful outcome in every case, often this can mean a complete acquittal, and sometimes it's expert mitigation, but we always fight relentlessly in the client's best interests. We also believe that advice should not only be free of charge in the early stages, but should also come from knowledgeable solicitors. Therefore you will be able to speak to our solicitors or barristers from the beginning to the end of your case. Unlike many of our competitors we do not offer an extra special service for clients who wish to pay more. We believe that all our clients should be treated as extra special and our firms partners personally oversee EVERY case we deal with.
